Dr. Alireza Mirlohi

Dr. Alireza Mirlohi, DDS

When he’s not spending quality time with his family, Dr. Alireza Mirlohi devotes his time and energy to delivering exceptional dental care to his patients.

Dr. Ali earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Bangalore University in 2000. Following a year of internship, he completed his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2001 at Azad University of Khorasgan. With over 18 years of experience in private practice, Dr. Ali has successfully treated thousands of patients—ranging from general restorative procedures to advanced cosmetic reconstructions.

His areas of expertise include advanced endodontics and comprehensive implantology. He is a dedicated professional committed to continuing education and clinical excellence. Dr. Ali is a proud member of the Ontario Dental Association, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, and the Iranian Medical Council.

With a deep commitment to patient care, Dr. Ali focuses on improving oral health, restoring function, and enhancing aesthetics to help every patient feel confident in their smile.

Dr. Neda, DDS

If there’s one word to describe Dr. Neda Rezaie, it’s compassionate. Her warm-hearted approach to dentistry creates a comfortable and reassuring experience for every patient she treats.

Dr. Neda earned her Degree in Dental Surgery in 2005 from Tehran – Azah University in Tehran, Iran. Her education offered a unique opportunity to shape and develop a well-rounded and versatile clinical foundation. After relocating to Canada, she successfully completed the Canadian National Dental Examination in 2013 with high standing and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery designation. Dr Neda proudly brings over 20 years of clinical experience to our Fifth St Dental family.

Dr Neda is a proud member of both the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Association. Committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry, Dr. Neda regularly participates in continuing education and remains up to date with the latest treatment methods and technologies.

 

Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys time with her loving family, travelling and cooking. Dr. Neda believes that continuous learning, compassion, and innovation are key to delivering exceptional patient care.

Christine

Christine – Registered Dental Hygienist

Christine has a natural gift for working with children. As a proud mother of five and a grandmother, she brings warmth, patience, and experience to every interaction, helping even the littlest patients feel at home in the dental chair.

Her journey in dentistry began in 2010 when she discovered a deep passion for oral health care and patient education. Christine earned her registration to practice dental hygiene in 2012 from an accredited program, graduating with honours. She also achieved self-initiation status in 2014, allowing her to take a more active role in independent care delivery.

With a strong business background and a commitment to excellence, Christine spent the next several years honing her clinical skills and helping establish the foundation of what would become Fifth St Dental. Her focus has always been on creating a welcoming environment while educating patients and empowering families to take charge of their oral health.

Christine is a proud member of the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario, the Ontario Dental Hygienists’ Association, the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association, and the Dental Hygiene Independent Practice Network. Her dedication, experience, and friendly approach make her an invaluable part of our team.

Audrey – Office Manager

Meet Audrey, the warm and welcoming face at our front desk and the strongest member of our Fifth St. Dental family. As our Office Manager, Audrey brings a wealth of dental knowledge, exceptional organization, and a genuine passion for patient care.

Audrey began her health care career when earning her Masters Degree in Physio Therapy from Fatima University in Furview City, Philippines. Arriving in Canada in 2006, Audrey started working as a front desk administrator and shortly there after being promoted to treatment co-ordinator. This hands-on clinical experience assisted Audrey in developing a deep understanding of dentistry. In the early 2010s, she transitioned into management, where she found her calling in helping practices run smoothly and efficiently.

 

With extensive experience in claim submissions, treatment coordination, and office management, Audrey is a true asset to our team. Her positive energy and attention to detail help create a friendly, supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff.

 

Outside the office, Audrey enjoys planning events and spending quality time with her close-knit family. Her goal is to make every patient feel welcomed, cared for, and supported on their journey to lifelong oral health.

Dela – Registered Dental Hygienist

Meet Dela, one of our experienced and compassionate hygienists at Fifth St Dental. Fluent in both English and Farsi, Dela brings a welcoming and inclusive approach to patient care.

Originally moving to Canada in the mid-1990s, Dela balanced full-time work and studies to successfully complete her Diploma in Dental Hygiene from an accredited school in Toronto. Since joining our team in early 2021, she has become a trusted and beloved member of our dental family.

Dela is a proud first-time mom and a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping patients maintain excellent oral health. She is a registered member of the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario, the Ontario Dental Hygienists’ Association, and the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association.

With a calm, friendly presence and years of hands-on experience, Dela is proud to provide gentle, thorough care to the Etobicoke community she now calls home.

Rayleen – Registered Dental Hygienist

Meet Rayleen, a dedicated dental hygienist with a warm, calming approach that makes patients feel instantly at ease. After welcoming her first son in January 2021, Rayleen is thrilled to be back at Fifth St Dental, providing high-quality care to the community she loves.

Rayleen graduated with honours in Dental Hygiene in 2019 and continues to pursue professional development through ongoing education. Her gentle technique and compassionate manner make her especially skilled in caring for patients with dental anxiety or heightened sensitivity.

Known for her positive energy and patient-centered care, Rayleen is committed to helping every individual achieve optimal oral health in a supportive, relaxed environment. Outside the clinic, she enjoys family time and can often be found by the water during Toronto’s warm summer months.

Brittany – Registered Dental Hygienist

Brittany brings a warm, friendly energy to Fifth St Dental, combining clinical skill with a passion for patient care. A proud dog mom to her beloved pup Ralo, she balances her time between family, furry companions, and providing exceptional hygiene care to her patients.

Her dental career began in 2017, and it wasn’t long before she discovered her true passion in dental hygiene. She graduated from a respected dental hygiene program in Toronto in 2021 and is a registered member of the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Hygienists’ Association.

Brittany is known for her gentle touch, clear communication, and commitment to patient education. She strives to make every visit comfortable and informative, helping patients feel confident in their oral health journey. Though Canadian-born, her heart is never far from her family’s roots in Cape Town, South Africa.

Shelcy – Dental Assistant

She is the hardest working person we know!

 

As our beloved Dental Assistant, Shelcy is always on-call to assist the team with everything from front desk coordination, sterilization management, patient and clinical chairside assistance. Shelcy is delighted to be working in the dental field and takes great pride in delivering the best care possible to our patients here at Fifth St Dental. She always takes the time to address her patient’s needs and has a laughter that is undoubtedly contagious. While Spanish is her first language, this native Costa Rican became fully bilingual in under 2 years and is always delighted to talk about her experiences back home with patients. When on down time in the office, she can always be caught in the staff room with her head buried in an episode of Grey’s Anatomy.

 

Shelcy earned her level 2 diploma from the Dental Assisting Program at Anderson College in Toronto, Ontario and is a proud member of the Ontario Dental Assistant Association (ODAA).
